The United States Department of Agriculture is providing critical support to our nation’s farmers and ranchers through the Coronavirus Food Assistance Program (CFAP 2). CFAP 2 provides vital financial assistance to agricultural producers who continue to face market disruptions and associated costs because of COVID-19.
For this to be a smooth process for you and Wilkes County Farm Service Agency, please follow the steps below. FSA will be taking applications for CFAP 2 from
September 21, 2020 to December 11, 2020.

1.Please download and print this application.

2.You need to complete lines number 5 (Producer Information), 16 (Livestock Inventory (Excluding Breeding Stock), 28A (Signature), 28B (Title) and 28 C (Date).

3. Example application with highlighted areas to be completed as stated above. Please do not turn in this application, this is only an example to go by so you can see which fields need to be completed.
