Participants can submit up to 2 dozen eggs to be evaluated in both internal and external quality. There are categories for PeeWee eggs (15 oz/dozen) up to Jumbo eggs (30oz/dozen).
Participants will also need to be enrolled in 4-H Online, and our 4-H Agent, Alex, will be happy to help with this step. The cost to enter eggs will be $15 per participant.
Registration ends on September 9th and eggs need to be submitted to our office by November 3rd.
Along with submitting eggs to be judged, there will be supplemental Zoom trainings to increase youth knowledge of the program and poultry.
