These free, educational classes are ideal for anyone wanting to learn more about gardening, whether you are a beginner or an experienced gardener looking to sharpen your skills. Wilkes County Master Gardener Volunteers will also be available at each class to help answer any burning gardening questions, making this a great opportunity to learn and get personalized advice as you prepare for the upcoming growing season.
Class Schedule (all classes begin at 10:00 a.m. and last approximately 1.5 hours):
- January 21 – Growing Small Fruits
- February 18 – Lawn Care
- March 18 – The Basics of Plant Propagation
- April 8 – Vegetable Gardening 101
