ATLANTA - The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) announced today that federal Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDLs) are available in North Carolina for small businesses, small agricultural cooperatives, small businesses engaged in aquaculture, and most private nonprofit organizations with economic losses due to drought that began on July 9.
The declaration includes the primary county of Forsyth, Robeson, Stokes, Surry, and Yadkin; and the adjacent counties of Alleghany, Bladen, Columbus, Cumberland, Davidson, Davie, Guilford, Hoke, Iredell, Rockingham, Scotland, and Wilkes in North Carolina; Dillon, Horry and Marlboro in South Carolina; Carroll, Grayson, Henry and Patrick in Virginia.
