Healthy Holiday in the Kitchen

Holidays are a joyous time for good fellowship, friends, and family. Come learn some tips and tricks on how to still make your favorite holiday recipes but with a healthy twist. This workshop will be held Thursday, November 4th at 11 a.m. This is a virtual workshop. Remember these workshops are open to anyone. Non-ECA members are welcome and encouraged to attend!

Faithful Families: Train the Trainer November 19th, 9 a.m.-12 p.m.
Faithful Families: Train the Trainer is a 3-hour virtual workshop for faith and community leaders interested in implementing the Faithful Families program within one of the following North Carolina counties: Alexander, Iredell, or Wilkes. Faithful Families Thriving Communities (Faithful Families) works directly in communities of faith across the country to promote health for individuals, families, and local communities.
