This FREE workshop provides a comprehensive overview of fermentation, including fundamental concepts, historical context, and practical techniques. The program will feature demonstrations on vegetable fermentation, sourdough starter cultivation, yogurt production, and kombucha brewing. Additionally, detailed information will be offered for starting food businesses focused on fermented products. Participants will receive a sourdough and kombucha starter kit to continue their projects at home.
This workshop offers a broad overview of fermentation, covering basic concepts, history, and techniques. Demonstrations will be given on sourdough bread, vegetable fermentation, and making kombucha. Also details will be provided for food business startups focused on fermented products, and participants will get to take home a sourdough and kombucha starter for home projects. We cover how to start and get this type of business off the ground.
