I cannot believe the official start of fall is almost here! We are offering a few workshops over Zoom (see below). In addition to the workshops follow us on Facebook where we will be sharing recipes, videos, and more!

The Med Instead of Meds class series will help you Go Med by exploring 7 simple steps to eating the Med Way. Learn Med tips, life hacks, and recipes that will help you eat the Med Way every day. Great tasting and good for you! The simple, delicious, and satisfying Med Way of eating will keep you coming back for more.
During this class, we will discover the 7 steps of eating the Med Way through live recipe demonstrations, weekly challenges, and open discussion.
This class is offered by Wilkes and Yadkin County Cooperative Extension agents, Courtney Tevepaugh and Ashley Beard.
